Privacy

What this site collects, where it goes and how to get it deleted. Last updated 12 October 2026.

What gets collected

Only what you type into a form on this site: the waitlist, Ask me anything, the coaching application and the media form. Depending on the form, that can be your name, email address, Instagram handle and your answers.

Where it is kept

Form entries are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, on servers in the United States. They are read by me and the people who help me run this site.

What it is used for

Replying to you, emailing the waitlist when something opens, and choosing questions for Radical Health Radio. If your question is read on the show, it goes out with your first name at most. Your details are never sold.

Other services on this site

The episode lists load from Apple Podcasts, Megaphone and YouTube, and the player on the podcast page comes from Spotify. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Each of those services follows its own privacy policy.

Getting your details deleted

Every waitlist email includes a way to leave the list. To have everything you sent through this site deleted, message me on Instagram at @thestelane and it will be removed.
